As part of the Government’s commitment to transforming and improving access to civil justice, The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development implemented Court-Annexed Mediation into courts across the country as of December 2014.

In preparation for these changes and to further the cause of mediation as an efficient and cost effective alternative form of dispute resolution, the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC (AoA) sought to forge a relationship with an experienced, internationally accredited, mediation training provider in order to bring the very best in accredited mediation training to its members and to Africa.
